A dedicated, committed, well-trained and well-supported gymnastics workforce is essential to the successful delivery of gymnastics in the West Midlands. Within our region we have a fantastic workforce of coaches, judges, officials, and other volunteers who work tirelessly to provide opportunities for our gymnasts.

We recognise the achievements and dedication of these volunteers through our Annual Regional Awards and we support the training and development of our volunteers through an education programme of training courses, workshops and clinics.
